Take a day for yourself before you are pampered on Mother’s Day proper.

Disconnect, move, relax & connect with other folks moving through motherhood. Your day will begin with a yoga practice & community connection.

You will be provided with a delicious lunch, a mini-massage (optional), and have some unstructured time to read, meditate, journal or chat with other students. The day closes with a deeply relaxing yoga practice.

You'll leave refreshed & rejuvenated - ready to be celebrated on Sunday by your family!

2:15pm-3:30pm Restorative Yoga Practice

3:30-4:00pm Closing Circle

9:00-9:30am Welcome

9:30-10:30am Energizing Yoga Practice

10:35am-11:45am Connection Circle


Meet Your Teacher:

Mary Reddinger (she/her/hers)

Mary is an experienced, full-time yoga instructor. She provides confident & thoughtful care for all of her students. She teaches prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga & private yoga session, online & in-person.
